[Heinz Kerry] Such as when her purported "Pumpkin Spice Cookies" bested Laura Bush's Oatmeal-Chocolate Chunk Cookies in a bake-off. "Those cookies weren't mine," she said with a sigh. Somebody else -- apparently a staff member -- sent in the recipe under her name.
If I recall the same info came from the Bush camp, too.
It seems that this happens every election. People get to vote on the favorite recipe of a staff member.
